Merry Christmas

We are invited to celebrate Christmas with an open heart that welcomes the Angel's joyful greeting to the shepherds: "I bring you good news" (Lk 2:10)

Maybe we can ask ourselves: how to celebrate BIRTH, LIFE... in the midst of so much death, the war in Ukraine, Ethiopia, violence in Haiti, people without work, hunger and much more...

Let us raise our eyes, and in deep silence, let us contemplate JESUS in the manger, in the midst of the most absolute poverty, with MARY and JOSEPH... This contemplation will fill our hearts with peace and joy that we can offer to others.

that you would hold me in your arms for a while,
JESUS to hold him close to my heart.
Give me Him, a little bit and
I will sing you a song...
I wanted to put it in my heart
so many sisters and brothers,
Mystery of Incarnation: GOD WITH US!
God enters our history,
Christmas, God is Encounter, Hug,
Communion...

That, this Christmas, the gestures of fraternity, of communion be multiplied... let us open the doors of our home to the poorest and let us share with them the joy of GOD WITH US.
